Malam Grand final Miss Universe 2012 sukses digelar di Planet Hollywood Live theatre, Las Vegas. Miss Amerika Serikat Olivia Culpo berhasil meraih mahkota Miss Universe tahun ini.
Malam itu, Miss Universe 2011 Leila Lopez menyematkan mahkotanya kepada Olivia Culpo yang terlihat cantik dalam balutan dress berwarna merah. Wajah bahagia pun terpancar dari wajah Olivia.
Tahun ini peraih 4th Runner Up Miss Universe yaitu Gabriela Markus dari Brazil. Sementara, Renae Ayris dari Australia menjadi 3rd Runner Up. bersama, 2nd Runner Up tahun ini yaitu Miss Venezuela Irene Sofia Esser Quintero.
Tahun ini yang menjadi juri adalah Brad Goreski, Cee Lo Green, Claudia Jorbersama, Diego Boneta, Kerri Walsh Jennings, Masaharu Morimoto, Nigel Barker, Pablo Sandoval, Scott Disick, bersama Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarrete.
